If you own a server it is recommended that you have a DVD burner so you can erase and add on more content onto the DVDs. This will save you money and time. It’ll save you money because you don’t have to buy more Hard drives whether they are internal or external to back up all your data so you don’t have to worry. With a dvd burner, you can burn the data into a DVD then later on erase the data and then overrite it.

If you have a dvd burner you will only need a few DVDs to store the information on. There are DVDs that can be found that can hold about 4.7 Gigabytes of space or 8.4 Gigabytes of space. I am sure there are higher and lower capacity versions of those but those are the only ones I have used so far. The reason you want to get a dvd burner that can erase too because you don’t want to keep on buying and wasting DVDs because that’ll just be a big waste of money. Think smart and stay safe.
