Yahoo is one of the largest search engines in the internet today. It is older than the Great Google but it is worth less and has less power. But even through that, yahoo is well known to all parts of the world and they are still a multi-billion dollar company. Yahoo search engine will give you up to 10 times more results than google just because Yahoo indexes more pages than google.

If you check the amount of backlinks you have from google and then check from yahoo, you will find that yahoo beats google by several mutiples. My forum for example has a few hundred backlinks listed in google but when you check yahoo, there is nearly 20,000 backlinks and thats almost a hundred times more. Please note I am talking about backlink listings and not indexed pages. And if you don’t believe me just search out a few sites and see what results you get.
