Reset Your Router
From my experiences in the past few years with routers, the only thing I know that solves almost any router problem is if you just reset that thing to its factory defaults. If you were able to connect to the internet before and you can’t connect now, first check if it’s your computer, if it isn’t reset your router.
In the past 3 months alone I have reset my router at least 5 times because it was giving me problems. Maybe I had to do it that often since it’s an old product OR it just likes getting reset. Of course I lose all my old settings but I usually either have backups and by now, I memorized all the things I have to change to get it back to normal. If you need your router working again, don’t call up a technician and waste your time and money, just reset it and see what happens.
