Today almost all consoles out use some sort of CD in order to load the game. PSP uses UMDs but it’s basicially the same deal. Well I just want to give you the tip of opening the case right after you buy it, not before you get home, but immediately after you pay for it. It will make you look childish to open the game that early but trust me from what has happened to me, it could be worth it.

When Grand Theft Auto Vice City first came out, I got my Game from PC Richards & Son store and I came home, excited to put it into my Playstation 2 to play. I opened the case, the manual is there, the map is there, but NO CD. I was shocked and scared at what has just happened. I spent about 3 months writing letters and talking to Sony and Rockstart staff and whoever else packaged these games before getting a replacement cd. It was 3 months of hell and after that, whenever I buy games, I check to see if it’s in there.
