What is a diet plan? Well as those two words may suggest, it is a plan to go on a diet and lose some extra weight. Some may join the gym, others may join weight watchers or just exercise watching television. But a diet plan usually consists of a real plan, not just planning to lose weight.
People make plans all the time and they only plan the ending such as a diet plan. If you see anyone talk about going on a diet, just ask them how they will actually lose the weight. What will they do to lose the weight? Most will freeze or hesitate because they don’t know. So remember if you have a plan, plan the whole thing out, not just the ending.
