Oral presentations are necessary for some classes. This is usually when the professor provides you with a subject and you write up a few minute speech or essay that you have to read to the class. It is common especially in public speaking and classes that has to do with law. I bring this up because I have an Oral Presentation that I have to present this Friday.

So some tips you can take in order to give a great presentation is if you practice the night before or the week before or whenever. If you rehearse it with your family or in the mirror it will help out a lot. I have done many mock trials at school and in real court and I have to say that it is nerve wrecking, so having a bit of practice calmed my nerves. Also try to look at your audience when you speak to give them the feeling that you are speaking to them and not the paper in front of you. Good luck and wish me luck for this friday.
