Parked domains are just domains forwarded to a certain nameserver, usually two nameservers, and then from the control panel, you can use a parked domain slot if one is available. So instead of Site1.com you will also have Site2.com showing the same page. But if Site1.com is the original, and someone visits with Site2.com, and navigates through, it will auto turn to Site1.com.

This type of parked domain isn’t like the sedo parking or name drive or anything but more of using your control panel such as cpanel or direct admin to set up a parked domain with your host account. So far I have used a parked domain like this before but never found any use to it. So if you are like me, I doubt you will find use to it, but many people were unaware of this feature because of sites like sedo and name drive that took away all the hype about parked domains.
