We just purchased a Digital starter package from the Time Warner Cable Company last Saturday with a basic 130 channels. Now we will be upgrading our package to a DTV value which includes 350 channels which we have pay a ten dollar extra for these extra channels.

The company will send technician to install the upgraded package.
