Not Loading?
Computers sometimes have the tendency to slow down and not load anything at all and yes this can get very annoying especially when you have work to do. If you need many windows open at the same time, you may have just found out why nothing else is loading. Press CTRL+ALT+Delete and look at the performance.
In the performance tab, check the percentage of the CPU that is being used and then Look at Page File Usage. Then go to processes and list it so the highest load programs are listed on top. See what it is and if it’s something like firefox, close it up. Then just give it a minute and try again and then look at your CPU usage and PageFile usage, they should be lower. If they aren’t you probably shouldn’t run certain programs or run a lot together. Or you can just get more RAM and see how that works out for you.
