Selling a Domain

I am trying to sell a domain of mine which is registered on Namecheap and it comes with a free Whoisguard. The domain is MusicJust.com - It was a blog for my sister but she kinda failed at it and it shut down without any forms of backup. But I am trying to sell this domain. Some stats are below:

It has over 1,700 backlinks and it is over a year and a half old.
