My Birthday

Today is my birthday, yes what a surprise right? Even though it comes once a year even I was surprised. When I woke up this morning my younger sister wished me happy birthday and then did I realize that it was my birthday.

I turn 19 and it is a great day to celebrate. Although I have classes later on today I will try to make the best of it. It is a good day today. The weather is perfect and a great day to turn 19. Happy birthday to me i guess.

Today is the second day of August and it shows you just how quickly the month is going by. I mean it felt like July is still here but July passed by quickly and August seems to be going by even faster for some reason, it is weird.

I have so little time to enjoy my summer before I have to go back to classes and then starts up all the headache for at least month months then I have about a month of break then start up my second term. Hopefully it isn’t as stressful to me this term as it was last month.

Cisco is one of the largest IT Companies in the world. Their Cisco technological products are some of the best I have used in the past. I even had a Cisco Linksys router which lasted years and now I have another one which works perfectly. And if you want Cisco certification for yourself, you can get it done any time. There is a growing demand for IT representatives and others that are good in the IT Field. This field is growing and there are very few people that actually know their way around cisco products as well as other IT Fields.

I definitely would not mind going into the IT Field myself. It pays a lot and knowing this kind of stuff can help both you and me in the future because the technological world is growing every day and the demand for IT experts will rise. This is the 8th time where we hit post number where all three numbers were the name. Post 888 is a huge deal. This is the first blog of mine where I’ve reached over 800 posts and now we are close to 900 total posts.

I can’t wait to get another 112 posts and erach a 1000 posts. This will be a huge accomplishment for me as I have never hit that many posts in any of my blogs. Hopefully It won’t be too far away.

Alzheimers Memory Walk

The Alzheimer’s Memory Walk is a long walk to help people that suffer from Alzheimers. People with Alzheimers suffer from memory loss and with advancing science and research, it is possible to help people with this problem. It is not incurable and it is something that many cannot prevent yet. But it all lacks funds and the walk is dedicated to help grow more funding for the cause.

You can join the walk when it is near you. Remember that more people that enter the two to three mile walk in a weekend morning some time in the fall time, they help raise more money for the cause of treating and helping people that suffer from Alzheimers. It can take just a few hours of your time so you know it is not a huge waste of time, just set the time apart for this and you will be on your way to helping a very good cause.

The month of July has also flown b y. Although I got a lot of work done over the past month, I still think it went by very quickly and that I could have gotten a lot more done if it took a bit longer to end.

Hopefully the Month of August where I celebrate my own birthday, the Birthday of Gamers Forum, as well as my second year of college, hopefully it wont’ be over as quickly. The summer seems to have come and gone in the blink of an eye.

Second Heat Wave

We are experiencing the second heat wave of the season here in New York City. It isn’t very likely that we get two heat waves before august because usually all the heat waves come in Mid to late August. And it is weird.

This is the 7th day of the heat wave I believe. But today it is a bit better because fo the breeze outside. It isn’t a cold breeze but it is a few degrees cooler and against the body, the breeze feels great. Hopefully the Heat calms down soon.

Fire at my Building

This morning around 2:30 AM, a pile of garbage and a car on the street caught fire. There was like this overhead pass on top of the sidewalk due to constructions on my building. That also caught on fire a few minutes later.

Then it finally moved into the apartment but didn’t do a lot of damage thankfully, besides that car of course, it was destroyed by the flames. I have some pictures but I will try to get a few of the damaged car and post it up later. Truly a horrific event for some.
