Problems with CSS Server

I am trying to get the third of the GF Servers Series up and it is giving me a lot of problems. At first it wouldn’t let any one connect. Then I fixed the problem then I ended up with the server not recognizing the server configuration file which is absolutely necessary.

Well then I fixed that problem and then Mani Mod which is the admin plugin for this game software was not working properly. All commands are known as Unknown Commands and it is just a headache. I have been working on the GF servers since this morning, about 9 and a half hours now, hopefully I can get this all done and fixed by the time I go to bed tonight.
