I am sure some of you may have noticed the downtime earlier today that lasted nearly 4 hours as I was told by my host. We had a little firewall issue with the whole server that we were on along with a few of my other sites. It went to kind of security over drive and blocked out all incoming traffic and IP addresses from connecting on.

I guess you can say it was just too secure because it didn’t let anyone connect anyway. A restart had fixed the issue. I was not aware of this since I was at my evening classes. I was not aware of this issue until I had come home and just experienced the last hour or so of the downtime. Hopefully this will not happen again but this doesn’t mean we are not as secure.
