I will be putting some of my thoughts about some of the search engines out there and the benefits you can have. I would like to start with Google. Google is not the oldest but it is still the largest and richest search engine out there. It is just less than a decade old and yet it has power in almost every continent in the world. They have certainly grown since coming out and starting in a garage. You can visit google at google.com of course. They will provide you some of the best searches out there and help you find what you are looking for. Google can give you endless results and it can help you out in other ways as we.

Google is a very powerful company that can actually determine if and how much your website can make you. By how much I mean money. Their google PageRank set up gives each and every website a rank of 0 through 10. I will explain more about the PageRanks later on. Also their adsense program where you can put google ads on your website and get paid for page impressions and of course, clicks on their ads. This website has google ads on the right side of the blog. You can use this as an example. I will tell you about adsense much later on when discussing contextual and affiliate programs.

Just to sum it up, Google has been a huge part of my internet life as I use it to get information on my websites as well as other websites on the world wide web. Check to see if your site is listed by using the following command without quotation marks: “site:yoursite.com” and it should show you if any of your pages are listed in their index.
