Well I know Halloween is over and it ended nearly three months ago, but what about the future? Halloween is an annual celebration here in the United States and it has even caught onto other parts of the Americas and Europe. And Lighting is a very crucial and important part of the Halloween celebration. Knowing what type of halloween lights to use can mean scary for the kids or it can mean a huge utility bill for you .
