Introducing Yourself
This post regards to you if you are joining a new forum and want to introduce yourself. First thing you shou ld always do is mention your username again along with your real name. Your real name is OPTIONAL so don’t go and tell everything your real name, where you live, your email address, your phone number, just be casual and tell them you are a new member hoping to get some knowledge and friends out of the forum. Trust me, that always works.
One thing you should always do is read the Frequently Asked Questions also known as FAQs of the forum to see their advertising rules and posting rules. If they have nothing against it, feel free to put a link to your site in the intro post letting everyone know you own it. Never go ahead and post it first if it says so in the rules. If it says you must earn the spot, then earn it. And then mention that you hope you have a good time here because then you will see the welcomes pour in trying to make you feel at home. Feel free to try it out on my forum but make sure you don’t post a link because it’s against the rules there. Good luck!
